Welcome. By accessing joyantenna.com or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are written in plain English on purpose — if something is unclear, ask us.
1. Who can use Joyantenna
Joyantenna is open to anyone. Guest play (no account) is available to all ages. Account creation is available to users 13 and older in the United States, and 16 and older in the European Union. Users under those ages may play as guests or go through our parental consent process to get a restricted minor account.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
- You may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is grounds for termination.
- Your display name must not impersonate another person, use slurs, or include contact information.
- You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We will purge your data within 30 days.
3. Virtual currency (coins and gems)
Joyantenna uses an earned virtual currency called coins and a secondary currency called gems. Here is everything you need to know about them:
- Earn-only during beta: While Joyantenna is in beta, coins and gems cannot be purchased. You earn them by playing games, hitting score milestones, and completing achievements.
- No real-money value: Coins and gems have no cash value and cannot be converted to real money, traded, sold, or transferred between accounts. They exist only within Joyantenna.
- We may adjust balances: In cases of detected cheating, exploit abuse, or significant game-balance changes, we reserve the right to adjust currency balances. We will always explain why.
- No gambling mechanics: There are no loot boxes, no random prize spins, and no mechanics that let you trade virtual currency for a chance at unknown rewards.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboard scores.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Joyantenna API or game code.
- Use automated tools to interact with the site in ways that degrade performance for other users.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, harmful content, or content that violates applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
All game code, artwork, music, copy, and the Joyantenna name and logo are owned by Tabaconda LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. We do grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the games in your browser for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Leaderboards and user-generated display names
Your display name and scores may appear on public leaderboards. By choosing a display name you grant us permission to display it publicly. We reserve the right to remove or rename any display name that violates these terms.
7. No multiplayer chat
Joyantenna does not have general-purpose chat. Any multiplayer features are limited to in-game signals (scores, moves). There is no user-to-user messaging.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Joyantenna is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, score persistence, or continued availability of any feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabaconda LLC's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 during the free beta).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll give you notice unless the violation is severe. You may terminate your own account at any time.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when anything changes. The effective date at the top tells you when the last revision was made. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
