Cookie Policy
Joyantenna uses cookies only where they are strictly necessary to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. This page explains exactly what we set and why.
The short version
We set one type of cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in while you play. That's it. No analytics cookies. No ad-network cookies. No cross-site tracking.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
nakama_session | Stores your Nakama authentication token so you stay signed in between page loads. | Session (cleared when browser closes, or 30 days if "stay signed in" is checked) | Essential |
joyantenna_muted | Remembers whether you have muted the game audio. Stored in localStorage, not a cookie. | Persistent (until cleared) | Functional |
joyantenna_muted uses browser localStorage (not a cookie), so
it is not transmitted to our server and is not subject to cookie consent
rules in most jurisdictions. We list it here for full transparency.
Cloudflare
Our traffic passes through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare may set its own
cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) as part of its
bot-management and security features. These cookies are strictly necessary
to protect the site from automated abuse and cannot be opted out of. See
Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Joyantenna honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends
a GPC signal (or a Sec-GPC: 1 header), we treat it as a
do-not-sell/do-not-share request. Because we never sell or share your data
anyway, this signal does not change anything in practice — but we want
you to know we read it.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Blocking the nakama_session cookie means you cannot stay signed
in, but you can still play every game as a guest. No other functionality is
affected by clearing cookies.
Changes
We'll update this page if we ever add a new cookie. Given our current philosophy, we don't expect to.
